Building strong, long-lasting relationships with its independent insurance agency partners is one of Centauri’s core values. As the company matures, our Agent Advisory Councils (AAC) play an integral role in strengthening those relationships. In October, our AAC members who are agency owners from Texas, Florida, South Carolina, and the Gulf States (Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana) came together to continue their work – this time at Centauri’s new corporate headquarters in Sarasota, Florida.

 

AAC members participated in the October 24 grand opening celebration and toured the gleaming new building. But the bulk of the two-day visit was set aside for meetings and conversations aimed at accomplishing mutual growth and profitability goals. The agents met as a group with Centauri' President and CEO, Rick Espino, and then broke out into their state's AAC groups to discuss progress on key initiatives and recommendations for Centauri’s 2018 Agency Rewards Program. AAC members also participated in state-specific work sessions with Centauri leaders in the Underwriting, Product, Pricing, Claims, and Marketing departments.
