This is a time like no other in our lives. The COVID-19 pandemic continues to produce uncertainty, stress and trauma in our communities. By now, we have all been impacted by this virus, which has been devastating for so many. Despite the challenges we are all facing every day, this is also a time that is bringing out the best in many people—from the healthcare staff and first responders fighting on the front-lines, to the essential workers providing food, products and services. We are all navigating this uncharted territory together and, as an organization, we continue to do everything in our power to keep our team safe while providing the exceptional support and services our agents and customers have come to expect.

During these times of uncertainty, high tensions and anxiousness, it’s important now more than ever that we put the needs of the community above our own, unite, and act together. Nursing homes and assisted living facilities have been hit extremely hard by the pandemic, so when we saw a call for help from Life Care Center we responded. While we were able to procure a shipment of masks in May, many facilities were struggling to find enough to keep their staff and residents safe, so we took it upon ourselves to donate several hundred from our inventory to Life Care Center.
Being nimble is one of our Core Values. We define it as being attentive and reacting swiftly and skillfully in all situations. We may not know what the future holds in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we are confident that through our hard work, ingenuity and dedication to our community, we are well-equipped to deal with it.
