Employee SPOTLIGHT
Meet Tom Brady

Many of you may know Tom as our Vice President of Claims. He joined our team early last year and is responsible for all aspects of our claims operations, including setting policies and procedures, TPA oversight, coordination of our adjusters, and management of our catastrophe preparedness program. In the few months he has been with Centauri, he has been able to use his 30 years of industry experience to turn our claims department into the well oiled machine it is today.
Tom was born in Upstate New York but raised in Melbourne, Florida. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management & Insurance and has been a licensed General Lines agent since 1989.
While Tom's dedication to the Claims department is evident to everyone in the office, his true passion lies in auto racing. Tom says "I started racing 'legally' in 2004 when I obtained my SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) license. Since that time, I have raced multiple cars in multiple classes. This is Sports car racing, so we take right turns too! I currently race an MX-5 Cup Car (yes, a Miata) and it's hands down the best race car I have ever owned. Fast reliable and fun. I prefer to race the endurance type races from 1½ hours long to over 12 hours long! When I’m not racing my car, I am usually crewing for a good friend and sponsor of mine, Mike Flynn, who owns Irish Mikes Racing."
When he's not in the office or at the races, you can find him spending time with his wife and best friend, Renee and their fur baby Sophie.
From this spotlight, we hope you get to know a little bit more about Tom!
