This month, we’re thrilled to shine the spotlight on Sara Weis, a vital part of our Agency Relations team who plays a key role in supporting our agents. Let’s get to know Sara a little better!

A Journey of Growth & Dedication

Sara joined Centauri in April 2021 as an Office Assistant/Receptionist and quickly made an impact. In January 2023, she transitioned into the Agency Relations department, where she now serves as the go-to person for our agency partners.

Sara’s responsibilities include:

Managing agency updates and processing acquisitions
Adding or deactivating users and appointing agents
Generating commission and production reports
Assisting agents with system-related issues, including enrollment and portal access
Supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks

Memorable Milestones

Among her proudest achievements at Centauri/Lilypad, Sara highlights earning her Associate in Insurance (AINS) designation and completing the Aspiring Leaders program, where she successfully presented to company executives—a moment that truly showcased her leadership potential.

Workplace Wisdom

Sara’s productivity tip? “Get the easy stuff done and out of the way as quickly as possible.” A simple but effective strategy!

Life Outside of Work

When she’s not keeping our agency relations running smoothly, Sara is busy enjoying life with her family. She has been married to her husband, Josh, for seven years, and they have a six-year-old son, Maverick, who she describes as her “little bestie.” Their family also includes a 14-year-old long-haired Russian Blue cat who has been part of Sara’s journey for quite some time! Sara and her son love exploring new places, trying new activities, and spending time outdoors—whether it’s at the beach, Busch Gardens, or farmers markets. She’s also a huge foodie who loves to cook, and she enjoys photography, biking, and being around animals.
