Centauri's New Corporate Headquarters Slated for Summer 2017 Completion
Contemporary Interior and Furnishings Designed with Teamwork, Collaboration in Mind
SARASOTA, Florida – Centauri Insurance is set to occupy our new corporate headquarters in Lakewood Ranch this summer. This 30,000-square-foot, three-story modern facility designed under the creative guidance of Fawley Bryant Architects is sure to impress inside and out with its sleek contemporary features, furnishings and decor.
Since acquiring a 5-acre parcel of land at the southwest corner of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard North and Communications Parkway on July 29, 2016, construction on our new corporate headquarters has progressed at a comfortable pace. As you can see by the aerial photo above taken this month, the exterior walls are up, windows are being installed, the parking lot has been poured, and soon the interior will start taking shape.
“It is exciting to design interiors around a client’s vision. Centauri’s vision is to create a dynamic, welcoming, technology-inspired environment for their hard-working team," said Sarah Colandro, Director of Interior Design at Fawley Bryant.
"Natural light with exterior views for all employees and visitors, sleek and clean materials, pops of color, and a range of individual and collaborative work areas, and plenty of employee amenities will give Centauri cutting-edge interior design and a space that will help them recruit top talent in the future,” said Colandro.
"Flexibility and mobility of common space furniture and white boards allow the staff to reposition these spaces to meet their needs on a day-to-day or meeting-to-meeting basis," she added. "Interior materials and fixtures were selected to offer great aesthetics, energy efficiency and durability. In addition to a palette based on Centauri's brand colors, artwork and graphics will be implemented throughout the building to reinforce the brand and provide visual interest."
“Collaboration with the Centauri team has resulted in a building design that reflects their vision, unique business dynamics and plans for their future growth,” said Steve Padgett, executive vice president of Fawley Bryant.
"The building's modern design includes outdoor plazas on all three levels to take advantage of the great views overlooking a beautiful lake, making it a marque office location in Lakewood Ranch's growing commercial park,” said Brian Smith, president of Element Commercial Construction, LLC who is acting as owner's representative for the project.
“Tandem Construction is very excited to be a part of the Centauri Construction team,” said Brian Leaver, senior vice president of Tandem Construction. “We look forward to a project completion of this amazing corporate headquarters in July of 2017.”
Centauri representatives are currently preparing for the logistics of moving day and working on relocation strategies.
