A Successful Year-End Sales Meeting and Great Initiatives for 2019

Each year in December, the entire sales team travels to Centauri's corporate office in Sarasota, Florida to discuss and plan the upcoming year's initiatives and goals.  This year, just like in years past, the team collaborated on the 2019 Profit Sharing Program, upcoming Agent Advisory Council (AAC) Meetings, and 2019 production plans and goals.

The sales team shared ideas on changes to the 2019 Profit Sharing Program.  These new guidelines will be released via e-mail later this month.  Each sales team manager had the opportunity to discuss their production goals for 2019. Details and locations were finalized for the 2019 AAC meetings, which will also be announced in the first quarter of 2019.

As the meeting wrapped up, our sales team joined the rest of the corporate office employees for the 2018 holiday party.  A great time was had by all.
